“Insanity: Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” – Albert Einstein
Are you engaging in corporate insanity? Your first instinct may be to reply with a definitive “NO!” Humor me for just a moment before you stay with that answer.
Today, take a look at what you do; the actions you take, the tactics you employ, and the strategy you follow. Are any of these the same as they were a year or two ago?
If your answer is “yes,” there is a good chance that you will not get the results you would like. Why? It’s the economy (but I won’t add the word “stupid” on the end).
Things have changed. Dramatically! So, if your strategy, tactics, or actions have not evolved to meet the demands of the New Economy, then it’s time to create a new game plan.
Start by answering these questions:
1. How have the needs of my prospects and clients changed in the New Economy? How will I meet these needs?
2. How have buyers’ perceptions changed in the past two years? What will I do to respond to these changes in perception?
3. Based upon the answers in questions 1 and 2, what other changes do I need to make to my strategy? My tactics? My actions?
With these answers in hand, you’ll be on the right path for nonstop growth and dramatic profits.
