Thought for the Week

“Nothing in the world can take the place of Persistence.  Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent.  Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb.  Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts.  Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent.  The slogan ‘Press On’ has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.” – Calvin Coolidge

I’ve seen lots of really smart people fail at this business.  And a number of moderately intelligent ones make six-figure incomes.

It’s not how smart you are or how talented you may be that determines your success in the staffing and recruiting industry.  It’s persistence.

If you don’t have a simple system for selling or recruiting that incorporates the power of persistence, then use ours.
